Debt Free Solution - Start Right Here, Right Now!

It is no secret that there is always a way to get out of debts. Financial freedom is possible. But, you need to at least learn how to organize your money and know how to and when to pay. There are plenty of tools and resources that you could use to legally eliminate debt. And the best part is that many are available for free.

Before we continue, I would like to point out that usually, there are different methods that can be used to solve problems and debt problems are no different. So, keep in mind that although I will be exposing a couple of different methods on how to deal with debt, you should really make it your mission to work out which one is the most suitable for YOU. And also I recommend that you consult a professional in the credit industry.

So, are you ready to learn about finding a debt free solution?

Firstly, you need to sit down and write down what you owe and to whom. So, you list all your creditors and the amounts that you owe to each one. Then you must work out a plan to start reducing your debt.

If the numbers tell you that you can reduce your debts (very often re-adjusting your spending patterns is all you need to do), then contact the creditors and let them know that you are willing to start getting up to date with your repayments. And while you have their attention, ask your them for an extension one the due date of your next payment (if possible). And then, just follow through do not get side tracked.

HOWEVER, if your numbers reveal that you are so deep in debt that you will not be able to catch up, then it is time to take some alternative action. Remember, do not avoid the reality of the situation. At the end of the day, we all make mistakes. The key is to acknowledge the problem and be honest about it, don't waste your precious time thinking about excuses!

So what can you do next? Well, there are credit counseling agencies and debt consolidators that can actually help you get out of debt. But aware of the fact that, like in many other areas, there are some organizations and agencies that will try to get some financial reward from you without providing much help. Just make sure they have the appropriate credentials.

The main difference between these two help providers are explained below:

Credit counselors can help you get out of debt and ALSO stay out of debt. Meaning that they will show you where you went wrong and then help you get out of debt. After that, they will also help you design a budget and provide other services that can help you stay out of debt and live a financially stable life.

Debt consolidation differ from credit counseling agencies, though not entirely. Debt consolidation agencies can also help you to legally eliminate debt, but they do so by working with your creditors. They help group all of your debts into one and then you would usually need to make just one monthly payment. This means getting some type of loan on your behalf that will pay off your creditors and you will pay the loan company instead.

Many people would much rather use the services of a credit counseling service because of the type of the long term tools they provide. And because they need help with avoiding the traps that got them into financial hardship to begin with.

So, there are many solutions that can help you become debt free. I have shown you two of them. I would recommend that you get to know as much as you can about about getting your credit score (for free), vital debt management information and strive for a financially independent future. Just read some of my other posts on credit repair and debt management from the left side menu.
